We all sometimes face overwhelming circumstances in our lives and are unsure of how to navigate challenges in healthy ways. A wide variety of emotions and symptoms can arise.

Many of my clients come to therapy seeking help with anxiety, couples work, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems of all kinds, long-standing family issues, parenting challenges, anger, recovery from addiction, infertility, trauma, and new or unresolved grief.
These issues often impact us by limiting our ability to feel pleasure and joy and compromise our relationships, our work, and our connection to self.

I provide a safe, exploratory environment where you can be deeply understood and supported as you work through the issues you face. We start with your particular issues, needs, and goals for therapy, and then quickly establish a supportive and focused working relationship that resonates with who you are and what you are seeking and needing.
